大温地区今年8月的住宅楼市仍然是买家市场,大温地产局报告指,8月的成交量较去年同期减少36%,与今年7月相比微降2.4%。自今年4月以来,本地房价呈缓慢下降趋势,至8月微跌2.8%,同时市场上的成交量及新放盘量亦继续减少。
根据大温地产局报告(REBGV),大温地区今年8月共有2,202间住宅成交,较去年同月的3,441间减少36%,从更长时间段来看,较2008年同期的1,568间增加40.4%,比2007年、2006年同期分别下降34.9%和26.6%
Prices edge down 2.8% 96Ok6lConditions in the Greater Vancouver housing market continued to favour buyers last month as prices edged down slightly.
The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver said the number of residential property sales in Greater Vancouver totalled 2,202 in August, a 36 per cent decline from the 3,441 sales in August 2009, and a 2.4 per cent decline from July.
Since spring, average housing prices have decreased 2.8 per cent, to $576,597, compared to the all-time high reached in April when the residential benchmark price was $593,419.
