I subscribed to one property auction site and got the news for this bungalow quite some time ago. Size is big but not worth, the back of this bungalow is directly facing the mosque at Damansara Heights. Will not be suitable for non-Muslim like myself.

By the way, Boss, Damansara Heights is a niche market. If want to flip, invest for capital appreciation, need to have holding power. Else, sure will kena kaokao.

There is one bungalow at TTDI for auction soon. This one, I will go for the auction. Value for money.

RM, just casually chatting........say if there are a few bungalows at auction at the same time

1. DPC 1.6 mil

2. TTDI 1.3mil

3. Kenny Hills 1.8 mil

4. Ukay Heights 1.3 mil

5. Dsara Heights 1.6 mil

6. Bangsar 1.6 mil

every one is similar in land size n b/up........every unit has good facing, which one is your pick ??

for me, i think i will take either bangsar or Dsara Heights becos it is close to where i work.......

for discussion sake..

is if u are buying it now, how much more legs can it run..? same question is being asked at each intervals, but it has gotta hit the ceiling somehow..

the average price-point out there for a prime or potentially prime location is very high..

i won't recommend using prop investment trying to emulate the type of annualized returns which is only derived by merely long term holding..

so for me, a better strategy now is to flip flip flip and lock in the immediate gains during this extraordinaire bbb period..
