Job Responsibilities: Experience:
at least 2 years with exposure on Personal Mortgage Loan Operation, including Document Checking and Account Servicing.To check all of the security documents and to ensure all the conditions and covenants complied. To post transaction into Multi Currency Loan system based on verified request (including drawdown, repayment, interest payment, fees, etc.).To do consolidation on security documents and safe keeping on loan files to ensure the documentation integrality and on time lodgment. To continuously maintain and update data of retail loan accounts.Monitoring the Non Performing loans and Past Due accounts.

Job Requirements:
University degree above from a recognized university.At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in consumer or corporate banking.Relevant background in processing housing loans, revolving loans, personal loans and corporate loans. Strong sense of responsibility. Excellent problem solving with the ability to work effectively. Good communication skills. Fluent spoken and written English.
